It would be very nice to write an extension that provides some graphical formatting of the output - it looks like the arrays could easily drive this!

I thought that main class file was properly commented, and I couldn't explain more about musing theory by writing documentation :)
But about graphical examples, you've got a point there, will come up with some more examples soon.
